THREE CONVERSATIONS – Recap
Three Conversations has concluded. We’re so thankful to all of the Senior Pastors and Youth Pastors who were able to join us for this important conversation. You’re invited to join us for THREE CONVERSATIONS
This October we’re bringing together youth and senior leaders for a Project Renovation equipping event called “Three Conversations.” It’s an open, honest talk about seeing eye-to-eye, encouraging one another, and being united in the work of the ministry.
We’re asking everyone who attends to invite their senior pastor or youth leader to come along and be part of the conversation. Our vision is to see a room filled with youth workers and their senior leaders gathering together to learn from, encourage, and prayer for one another.
Here’s why we’re calling it THREE CONVERSATIONS
CONVERSATION ONE will be between a youth pastor and senior pastor sharing one-on-one with us about ministering together. They’ll talk openly and honestly about the struggles and successes they’ve encountered together in ministry, covering topics like building trust, dealing with expectations, handling miscommunication, and learning to care for each other’s soul.
CONVERSATION TWO will involve a few more senior leaders and youth workers joining the discussion. We know every church is different and faces its own unique challenges; and, while one solution might work here, it won’t work everywhere. We’re excited for a lively dialogue in which a diverse group of leaders field your questions and share their experiences.
Conversation Two was a panel discussion featuring Pastors John Zeswtiz and Jason Mitchell from LCBC and Pastors Tony Hunt and Ryan Snyder from LEFC. Josh Rhodes again moderated as the panel fielded questions that were submitted online or texting in from the audience.
CONVERSATION THREE is just for you. We’re asking everyone who attends to set aside time for lunch with the others from your church right after the event. It’s an opportunity for you to discuss what you’ve heard, encourage one another, and dream big about the future of your church.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is there a deadline for registration?
A: Because space is limited for this event, registration will be on “a first come, first served basis.” Please register as soon as you can to ensure your spot. We will do our best to notify people as spots fill up.
Q: What if my youth pastor/senior leader can’t come?
A: While we’d love to have you both here for this important conversation, we understand schedules don’t always allow for it. You’re certainly welcome to come as an individual and take the conversation back to your ministry.
Q: Can our church bring more than two leaders?
A: Sure thing! The more the merrier.
Q: If I can’t make it will there be an opportunity to still see it?
A: When able, we record all of our equipping events and make them available free of charge on the Project Renovation website. We’ll do our best to have a recording online as soon as possible after the event concludes. To download previous recordings, check out the resource page on our website.
