We invite you to carve out a few minutes today to sit with these questions. Don’t let them go unconsidered this Holiday Season. As a youth worker, this season of the year gets busier and busier with appreciation dinners, service projects, church-wide concerts and plays. Its easy to get lost in the midst of much ministry busyness. Take a few minutes, even right now, to commit in your heart to wait on God during Advent this year.

Isaiah 40:3-5

A voice of one calling:
“In the wilderness prepare
the way for the Lord;
make straight in the desert
a highway for our God.
Every valley shall be raised up,
every mountain and hill made low;
the rough ground shall become level,
the rugged places a plain.
And the glory of the Lord will be revealed,
and all people will see it together.
For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”
